Copyright information for Coursepack:
If your coursepack is using content from copywritten sources (ie. other books, journals, etc.), we need the details regarding the source material so we can acquire the necessary copryright clearances.

To that end, please provide a table of contents of your coursepack - in the order of appearance - using a standard bibliographic citation format of your choice, including the pages used.

If you have the total number of pages in the book (including those in roman numerals such as what one may have in a preface) please indicate this as well.  Though not required, it would be greatly appreciated and speed the production process.

Example:

- Author,   ISBN,   Book title (Publisher, PubDate),   "Chapter title/number",   Selected pages.

- Timothy Garton Ash,   0375727620,   History of the Present (New York: Vintage Books, 1999),
"Trials, Purges, and History Lessons,"   pp. 256-277

Either copy/paste the bibliographical information below, or send it to us separately as a PDF, Word, or RTF file (if you will email the information separately, please indicate that below). Emails should go to coursepacks@concordia.ca, or if the files are too big for email, you may bring them to our offices in person.

You may also send us a copy of your course outline to include in the coursepack to assist the students.

Note: you may not necessarily get a personal response unless if it is requested.

It would greatly assist us if you were to forward your table of contents in a Word document format electronically to coursepacks@concordia.ca, by having this information electronically, we can more easily make adjustments for page numering in the contents as required.
